Waukegan Township & Partners including State Representative Rita Mayfield just recently sent 22 students on a college tour to visit Historically Black Colleges & Universities. The 2015 Tour will be renamed The Artist Yancey HBCU College Tour in Honor of partner and the late Former Waukegan Chief of Police Artist Yancey.
